Using a compassionate approach and a range of evidence-based therapies-including MATRIX, EMDR, IFS, CBT, DBT,and Mindfulness-based techniques-I am committed to supporting you on your path to healing and personal growth. Whether through individual sessions or Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), our staff will work together to help you overcome challenges and build a brighter, healthier future.
